VISUM is organizing a low key get together on Sunday the 12th of September for all internationals, Buddys and VISUM members (and those who might want to be in the future). Take this opportunity to enjoy the last summer days with us and meet people from all over the world. Grab a blanket and your buddy(s) and come chill with us at the river.

VISUM goes Heidelberg
Join us on our trip to Heidelberg!
Are you convinced you have seen all the sights Mannheim has to offer already? Then visit our neighbor with us!
On Sunday, September 19th, we will be going to Heidelberg to take in a more classic beauty. The city is home to the oldest university in Germany, and well-known for her baroque buildings and gothic streets. Landmarks include the famed Heidelberg Castle and the Alte Brücke, a beautiful 18th century bridge. We will be meeting in front of the Mannheim main station at 2 pm and travel to Heidelberg together by S-Bahn from there. If you have your student ID from the University of Mannheim (Ecum) you won't need to buy a ticket, you can travel to Heidelberg for free on weekends!

The ESNcard
Don’t forget our ESNcards! The ESNcard is the membership card of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN). It's valid in Europe and gives you discounts and special conditions in plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and much more.

Du fragst dich, wie man viele neue Leute treffen kann ohne ein (gesundheitliches) Risiko einzugehen?
Das Speedfriending findet auf Zoom statt. Alle 10 Minuten wird die Gruppe gewechselt, um das Beste aus jedem Gespräch zu machen und möglichst viele neue Leute kennen zu lernen!
Um gut in unser neues Event zu starten, gibt es in der ersten Runde kein bestimmtes Thema.

VISUM goes Heidelberg
Komm mit uns nach Heidelberg!
Bist du überzeugt, dass du alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Mannheim schon gesehen hast? Komm mit in unsere Nachbarstadt!
Am Sonntag, dem 13. September, gehen wir nach Heidelberg, um eine klassischere Schönheit zu erleben. Die Stadt ist Sitz der ältesten Universität in Deutschland, und ist bekannt für ihre barocken Gebäude und gotischen Straßen. Zu Wahrzeichen Heidelbergs zählen das Heidelberger Schloss und die Alte Brücke aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Wir treffen uns vor dem Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof und fahren zusammen mit der S-Bahn nach Heidelberg. Alle Studenten können mit ihrer Ecum am Wochenende kostenlos die Bahn benutzen.
