Since you probably haven´t been around for the Easter weekend, the Easter bunny will return to Mannheim next Monday and you might even find some eggs...
So grab your friends and buddy and celebrate with us at the VISUM After Easter Stammtisch.
Of course, there will also be a shot game with the chance to get a free shot!!

Hier hast du die Möglichkeit, in einer entspannten Atmosphäre mit Spielen und Süßigkeiten dein Französisch zu üben und zu verbessern und gleichzeitig französischen Muttersprachlern zu helfen, ihr Deutsch zu verbessern.

- VISUM Brewery Tour
As you all know (or got to know during your stay) Germany is famous for its beer culture. We are actually the 4th biggest beer producer worldwide! If you want to explore how German beer is made, you are invited to join our VISUM Brewery Tour. The tour includes a visit of the beer production site of the local brewery “Eichbaum”. You will be able to see the actual production and afterwards some traditional German food and beer will be provided!
When: April 13th at 5.30 PM
Where: Meeting point is Mannheim Central Railway Station (Hauptbahnhof). We will head to the brewery “Eichbaum” together
Please bring your Semesterticket!
Admission: 6 Euros including the tour + 2 beers of your choice + “Fleischkäse” (German form of meatloaf) and potato salad
PRESALE: at our Stammtisch April 9th, 8 PM at the L3 Café

Wie ihr vielleicht wisst (oder während eures Aufenthaltes in Deutschland mitbekommen habt), ist Deutschland bekannt für seine Bierkultur. Im Moment sind wir der viertgrößte Bierproduzent weltweit! Wenn du herausfinden willst, wie deutsches Bier hergestellt wird, bist du herzlich zur VISUM Brauereitour eingeladen. Die Tour enthält den Besuch der Bierproduktion der lokalen Brauerei “Eichbaum”. Du erhältst die Chance die Produktion des Bieres zu sehen und danach gibt es traditionelles deutsches Essen und Bier!

Wo: Treffpunkt is der Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof von dort gehen wir gemeinsam zu “Eichbaum”. Bitte bring dein Semesterticket mit!

1 night, 3 dishes, 12 new people
You would like to get to know people from all over the world?
You like to try international food? Then take part in the VISUM Running Dinner!
This is how it works: Get together with your buddy or find a partner you would like to cook with and register for the Running Dinner before the deadline! We'll tell you which course (starter, main dish or dessert) you will be preparing. On Tuesday the week after, you will have a delicious three course menu. Each course will take place at a different location where you get to meet four NEW people!! (So you will have each course with four new and totally awesome people)

The "Rules":
1. Find a partner who is going to cook with you.
2. Sign up as a team until Friday, April 13, 23:59.
3. When you sign up please let us know where you are going to cook (We need your address - this is very important!!!)
4. On Monday before the Running Dinner we will inform you, which course you are going to cook and where you will eat the other courses.
5. On the day of the dinner you will eat every course with 2 other teams. After each course the teams move on to eat the next course with completely different teams.
6. This means you will get to know 12 people in one evening and "eat your way" through Mannheim.

1 Nacht, 3 Gänge, 12 neue Leute
Ihr habt Lust nette neue Leute zu treffen und dabei die Küchen anderer Länder kennen zu lernen? Dann macht mit beim VISUM Running Dinner!
Und so funktioniert's: Ihr schnappt euch euren Buddy oder einen anderen Partner, mit dem ihr zusammen kochen wollt und meldet euch vor der Deadline an. Per Email erfahrt ihr, ob ihr die Vorspeise, Hauptspeise oder den Nachtisch zusammen kocht. Am Dienstag danach werdet ihr dann in den Genuss eines 3-Gänge-Menüs kommen. Bei jedem Gang wird die Location gewechselt und ihr trefft auf 4 neue Teilnehmer.

Wo? In ganz Mannheim
Die "Regeln":
1. Ihr findet euch zu zweit zusammen.
2. Meldet euch als Team bis Freitag, 13.04.2018, 23:59 Uhr an.
3. Gebt bei der Anmeldung an, bei wem ihr kochen werdet (Das ist sehr wichtig!)
4. Am Montag davor erhaltet ihr die Info, welchen Gang ihr kochen werdet und bei welchen Teams ihr die anderen Gänge zu euch nehmen werdet.
5. Am Abend selbst esst ihr jeden Gang mit 2 weiteren Teams zusammen. Nach dem jeweiligen Gang ziehen die Teams weiter, um den nächsten Gang bei und mit völlig anderen Teams zu essen.
6. Das heißt ihr lernt 12 Leute an einem Abend kennen und habt euch essender Weise einmal quer durch Mannheim bewegt.
